AIRETOS E94 Class

Integrated 802.11abgn (Wi-Fi 4) Dual-Band Modules with independently enabled Bluetooth system using the same antenna.

The AIRETOS® E94 Class highly integrated solutions provide customers with great design flexibility and consumers with enormous wireless experience improvement. Its Bluetooth system can be enabled and disabled independently, it uses the same antenna and it is fully compliant to BT4.0, 3.0HS & v2.1 that supports EDR of 2Mbps and 3Mbps for data and audio communications.

 

The AIRETOS® E94 Class WLAN architecture delivers great benefits for PC manufacturers and consumers alike. By cutting the power consumption in half, The E94 class modules are enabling best-in-class wireless features with a greatly-reduced impact on the battery life of mobile devices. With World level Regulatory Compliance and full compatibility with the latest industry standards like 802.11d/h regulatory adaptability, Wi-Fi Protected Setup™ via PIN and Push-Button (PBC), Passpoint™ and Voice protocols, E94 Class provide a modern all-round solution at an optimal price point.

 

The Class’ Variant AEH-AR9462 evolves Qualcomm-Atheros’s Reference Design WB222 using the AR9462-BL3A chipset. Its Bluetooth system can be enabled and disabled independently, it uses the same antenna and it is fully compliant to BT4.0, 3.0HS & v2.1 that supports EDR of 2Mbps and 3Mbps for data and audio communications. 

 

The Class’ Variant AEH-AR9485 evolves Qualcomm-Atheros’s Reference Design HB125 using the AR9485-AL1A chipset targeting at the growing value computing products market segment.

 

The AIRETOS® E94 Class has extended community support under Linux ATH9K and a full range of drivers for Windows, macOS and Android OS.

Unlike ordinary wireless networking technologies that are confused by signal reflections, the two antennae (2 Transmit & 2 Receive) MIMO implementation in E94 Class uses reflections to increase the range and reduce “dead spots” in the wireless coverage area.
